The services to be provided under the EC Meet Point will include:
- An office space with a central address in Manchester to serve as your organization’s UK representation (can be included in your brochures),
- Visual promotional materials and announcements representing your organization, along with local shared social media efforts (excluding advertisement and budget management),
- A dedicated phone line for the organization,
- Call center services, including the collection of detailed data on clients, providing information, and handling follow-up calls,
- Appointments with a specialist consultant physician at the UK office for those requesting private information,
- Coordination of these appointments to facilitate periodic online or in-person meetings (in various cities to be determined within the UK) between the treatment facility’s physician and clients,
- Pre- and post-treatment services provided at the Manchester-based clinic for clients enrolled in a treatment program.
